Tryon Creek’s Amphibians: Science Talk!
Let’s talk about Tryon Creek’s Amphibians!
Join us during lunchtime on Zoom on Thursday, November 18th, for a science talk about amphibians in the Tryon Creek watershed. Char Corkran, of Northwest Ecological Research Institute (NERI), will talk about the amphibians of Tryon Creek, their life histories, how to help them, and what to do when you encounter them.
The talk will be from 12-1pm including Q&A’s, but we may extend Q&A until 1:30. (We want to make sure you can move on with your day, but want to make space in case the conversation is lively!)
Your RSVPs are appreciated at this link. Feel welcome to share this around -we have a Facebook event and Instagram post!-, and thank you for spending your lunch hour with us! We’ll send a Google calendar invitation and an email, both with Zoom conferencing details.
Our Science Talks are funded by the Bureau of Environmental Services’ Community Watershed Stewardship Program.
