Celebrating Fish in Tryon Creek: Fintastic Film Screening
Join us to enjoy short films and a panel in celebration of fish in Tryon Creek!
This celebratory and educational event will showcase a few special films to highlight efforts to honor and support native migratory fish.
Learn about Pacific Lamprey and Cultural Ecology through a Freshwaters Illustrated film featuring Gabe Sheoships, Cayuse, Executive Director of Friends of Tryon Creek.
From TCWC, we’ll share for the first time two new short films: In celebration of a recent project (Boones Ferry Bridge) that improved in-stream habitat and passage for the coastal cutthroat trout in Tryon Creek, and about the Highway 43 Culvert Project, the largest fish passage barrier removal project in the watershed, which is in progress.

Location: Lewis & Clark College’s Fowler Student Center, Council Chamber
Parking: Parking enforcement will be alerted about the event beforehand; we will be in touch if there are specific directions from them – including recommended purchase of $3.75 daily parking pass.
